Bonpay Support Moving to the Ticket System; Chat Shut Down
Due to recent influx of visitors to Bonpay.com, we can no longer provide the real-time support in the chat. Despite our support team’s efforts, we are being overwhelmed by the new requests and can not keep up with them.
We will be looking into expanding the support team. However, right now we are disabling the chat on the website and moving all the support queries to the ticket system. While this will increase the overall response time, we believe that ultimately it will increase the throughput and allow us to help our customers better.
